Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval. Shipping fees and digital download purchases are non-refundable.

All images created by Charlie Kaine Photography remain the sole intellectual property of the photographer.
Purchasing prints or digital downloads grants you a personal-use license only, which includes:

Printing for personal display
Sharing with family and friends
Personal social media posting (with no edits beyond simple cropping/light adjustments)
The following are NOT allowed without written permission:

Commercial use
Resale or reproduction for profit
Marketing, advertising, or promotional use by any organization
Distribution to leagues, brands, agencies, or media outlets
Altering or editing images beyond basic adjustments (including filters, removing watermarks, or AI manipulation)
 
7. Model Release (Permission to Use Images)

By accessing the gallery and/or purchasing photos, the parent, guardian, or adult athlete acknowledges and agrees that:

Charlie Kaine Photography may use any images taken during the photo session(s) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

Website portfolio
Social media platforms
Online galleries
Printed promotional materials
Studio advertising or marketing

This release is worldwide, royalty-free, and granted in perpetuity.

If you prefer your athlete’s images NOT to be used for promotional purposes, you may opt out at any time by emailing:

We will promptly honor all requests.
